Hello I have the big problem with my server on this website. Page shows all my server informations: channel tree, users online, rank, and other but shows connection status Dead c,c. It is big problem for me because my server is on the bottom of the list. New users don't connect to my server if on the page is written status "offline" where in real it is "online". Please help me!

Sorry for wrong category, i have wrote new topic in the good place.

I am not able to even open up a telnet session http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 which leads me to believe you have not properly opened the appropriate ports on the firewall or the ports are not portforwarded correctly in your router. Please check the appropriate case that applies to you and you should be able to find the cause of the page displaying your server as dead.

We have blocked Query for the world but the GameTracker IPs are unlocked to connect. Why on the page are status "Dead" where channel list and users on channels are viewed ? In my opinion it is the bug witch your's website or server check bot . Please repair it!

It seems like you have resolved this issue as it is showing as Alive currently.

Can you help me, or I must remove my server from list because my rank have no sens where gametracker shows status offline and server is on bottom of the website. This is the problem with yours website i have unlocked all gametracker ip's in the firewall. If i try to check status manually in "Server Manager" on your page it shows "Alive" for 1 or 2 minutes, after it change back to "Dead".

Please HELP ME !

GameTracker has tons of IPs and they have never been published, so I am assuming you do not have all the IPs.
