TS3 server shows as offline somtimes?

I have a TS3 server, and it has registered with GT ok, but sometimes when I look at the website it shows as offline, then I have to goto "Manage" the query port of correct so I just click update and it works.

Any ideas as to why? I have tried reading the forums on this but it does not make a lot of sense to me.

Which server?
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Your voice server appears to be set up correctly, however, there appears to be a significant amount of lag from your server with responding to queries and some over sensitive firewall programs. This is often due to some sort of anti-flood mechanism set up on the server.

I would recommend contacting your server provider to get your server working properly. They can see the scanning issues themselves by using HLSW (hlsw.org) and typing this into the address bar:
85.236.100.27:16167:10074/TS3

or, telnet the server and have very delayed responses (http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258)

I have contacted the server host, they say they have checked everything and used hlsw, and they get all the info back.

It seems to be a GT problem, because I always have to go into Manage, and "reset the scanning parameters", even though they are exactly the same, and are the same as the ones shown by GT, I do not change them at all.

So it seems to me that GT is somehow forgetting the scanning parameters, because if they do not change, and they seem to work fine, what else can it be??

With a second time testing the issue, the anti-flood mechanism does not appear to be due to the server firewall but rather the TS3 server itself.

See the following error that you will need to resolve.

error id=3329 msg=connection\sfailed,\syou\sare\sbanned extra_msg=you\smay\sretry\sin\s558\sseconds\n\r

Connection to host lost.

Press any key to continue...

Hi,

Please check my main post in http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 (near the bottom of the post.

Info on whitelisting the GameTracker scanners has been added and should hopefully solve your problem.

sorry for borrowing your thread, but I kind of have the same problem. I know this is only about Gametracker and its on Gametracker forum but I have a problem with my TS3 not showing up in HLSW. Have tried many times but HLSW can't find my server. It's the highest ranked server in Sweden without password here on Gametracker.

Is it anything more I need to enable on the server or..?

Anyway thanks for all kind of help I can get!

Best Regards

80.67.11.45:9993:10011/TS3 actually scans fine on HLSW.
