My server appears offline but online,I did the settings and it worked but now I am failed! .. help me

Hello,
You forgot the clientlist setting. If you go back and enable that, it should work.

:DWas due to an admin permissions walked in and placed it can not see who is on the channel, we solved .. thanks for the advice
