am trying to list my teamspeak but i keep getting this message can you help please

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.

You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again

Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

I have the same problem and the server shows the following:

SERVER SUMMARY
Voice Server: Welcome To Wink's teamspeak
Voice Type: TeamSpeak 3 Status: Dead
Address: 206.217.138.153 Port: 7407 Query Port: 10011
Server Manager: unclaimed

I know the Server isn't dead but status says it is.

I had no problem adding it. You must have been entering the wrong information

I have tried it several times using both IP and Domain name and still get the same error. I can add other servers just not this one. I was listing the server up until about two weeks ago then stopped. The server is up and hasn't gone down at all. Just the list here is not accepting the info.

I have re-added the permissions which were still in there and get the same message as before.

This does not appear to be the case. Make sure you are editing the correct ones (guest).

I recommend you review our scanning guide http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258

Once you have checked over that, if it is still not working post the query port.
