My TS3 server comes with the GT Gold plan, but I don't seem to be the admin of it. I can create channels, but only as long as i'm in the channel, a lot of the admin tools seem to be greyed out. What am i missing?

If you need to use the one time admin token again, you can reset it in your GT Premium panel. Once you do that, you should be able to get back in and make changes to your permissions.

By use, i mean, i saw the token and clicked the button next to it. If it was supposed to do anything else, i don't know about it. EDIT: I also seem to recall being able to set up a password for this server when i first set it up (i may be mistaken on this), but i cannot seem to find that option now. Feeling rather lost at the moment. I'm looking at the guide in your sig, but all i see is, "No permission to view this group" in the middle box.

I believe the token is listed in the email when the initial TS3 subscription email is sent out. Regardless, I'm glad you found where it is listed and how you can reset it in the control panel.
You'd need to actually use it in your TS3 client to get in initially, since the server wouldn't automatically know you are the admin. If you require more direct assistance from your server provider, we would recommend a provider like GameServers.com. GT Premium servers are priced so low because they are self-managed, so you are expected to be able to know or figure out how to run them. ![]() |

The only way i could get this to resolve was to reinstall the server on the gametracker control page and this time, it did send me a key via email, which i was prompted for this time when i opened team speak. Something that hadn't happened previously. So, i think my issue has been resolved, thanks much for attempting to assist me on this.
