Couldn't find an IP to perma ban with so just had to ban his name. He was attempting to imitate the gametracker server query bots.

His link lead us to this TS3 address.

EDIT: The TS I went to was for Stricken clan. A quick google search led me here: https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=teamspeak%20server%20216.127.64.88%3A7891

But it seems that they've since taken their server off of gametracker. Maybe block the IPs from viewing gametracker that were formerly associated with Stricken clan?
