hello the Imp3rio| classic server appears off although in the list of game servers it appears above, is there a problem?

Hello, I need help, yesterday I rented a server in Frankfurt and in game tracking it appears disconnected, but in the list of servers of the same game if it is up, is there any problem in Frankfurt?

There are no current issues with Gametracker scanning.

There have been a number of German based servers having problems.
I suggest contacting your server host / internet service provider and ensuring that they are not mistakenly blocking GameTracker scanner IP addresses - after checking that your firewall is not blocking them.
(similar things have happened in the past)

Mr. Moderator, I think the problem is in Frankfurt, because we have another server in the USA and it is working well in gametracker, but the servers that are in Frankfurt Germany are down.

NFOserver tells me that the problem is not them, that their services are working well, the US server is active in gametracker, that means that the problem is in frankfurt

You may want to try and contact them in that case, since it sounds like there is something up with their service to the Frankfurt location.

The way it works; GT sends a request to game servers.
If the server does not respond, GT will send another request.
After a number of failures of a server to respond, GT determines that the server is 'Dead'.

If the server operating system, or the server host, or the server host ISP refuses the request, then GT has no means of knowing the server exists.

This can also happen when a local router (local to Frankfurt in this case) has failed to transmit the request/response in a timely fashion.

All Frankfurt based servers by nfoservers.com (reported to us) are now scanning correctly.
It seems the ISP or routing issue in/near Frankfurt has been resolved locally.
