A new server has taken my server name, used the same colours etc, my server is ranked 5 on game tracker this one was opened today, it's not mine I would have registered it.
It's a player we have banned who's decided to take this action. |

Do you own legal rights to the name? If not, doubtful anything you could do other than ask the person nicely.
