Sooner I requested to turn back the monitoring of one of my disabled servers, but now I would like to request to remove it from your site again, since the ranking of this server is unfairly manipulated.

If you simply delete it, it will remain permanently banned from the site. There will be no possibility of getting it back on the site due to the past abuse. You'll need to claim the server in order to get access to delete it.
