i have this problem:

I host a gameserver for a friend on my rootserver....now the friend quit playing UT, the gemaeserver is offline and the files deleted..

How can i delete the unknown server here in GameTracker, without beeing servermanager. The server is dead i cant claim anymore the server, but its shown if i search to the ip as unknown...

If you have not claimed the server, there is no way to delete the server. More importantly, if the server is now offline permanently and no user owns the server page, there would be no way to claim it and delete it.

And how long is this time? must be many month, i see a lot of that serverskelletons out there if i search ips from rootservers, not only mine

It depends on how long the server has been in the database. Some of my servers have been scanning for nearly 3 years, so it would likely sit around for a month or more after being dead.

so its easier to create another server with the same ip and port, claim the server and delete it...
