Anyone still working on new Mods/Mutators for UT99? Just wondering if anybody was coming up with new ideas? Or plans?

Yes, there are some people still working at mods.
I am working in Nali Weapons 3 (a new weapon pack) for instance, while some others are developing mods like the UT SDK, Food Fight (another weapon pack), Siege (a gametype), etc. Go here to the ModDB UT section and you will be able to check out those better: http://www.moddb.com/mods?filter=t&game=5 Nali Weapons 3 - Preview 2 (includes nuclear explosion): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75H1kzKC7lY

In case you never found them or someone else comes looking, you can "Woo-hoo" your way over to Hooks CMM server (not sure if he uses it on the others)
