How to change server type to Deathmatch from CTF??

I just opened an account on a UT server, everything works great, my question is how can I change it from CTF game type to Deathmatch, also can I upload custom maps such as Thorns, BurgerWars, etc?
I am totally new at this type of set up, I used to run lan servers back in 2001, but that was over 10 years ago, Ii'm a n00b again. Please help!

Where did you purchase this server from?
