Requirements
1. All applicants must be of the age of 18 or older. The only exception is if the applicant has an older relative who is already in the 81st who will vouch for the younger member.
2. All applicants must be able to speak English. We are a North American based clan and the vast majority of our members speak English natively.
3. All applicants can not already be in another clan simultaneously while applying for the 81st Elite Eagles. Also potential members can not be in any other clan at the same time they are an 81st Elite Eagle.
4. Anyone who wishes to join the 81st Elite Eagles should want to play in a tactical manner, use team work, and be able to follow a command structure when needed.
5. Before any application will be considered the applicant must spend a period of time on one of our servers and interact so the clan can come to a decision easier. As a member one will be expected to play at least once a week on average on the clan’s servers.
6. All applicants will need to download and install Team Speak 3 and will be expected to use Team Speak 3 whenever gaming with clan mates. A microphone is also strongly recommended, but is not an immediate necessity. However, once in the clan as a member one is expected to eventually get one.
7. All applicants who wish to join the 81st Elite Eagles must register on www.81stee.com with their actual in game name that they use while playing.
8. As a member you will be expected to participate with the clan at least once a week. Examples would be gaming one night a week, stopping by to chat a little on Team Speak or even Steam once a week if unable to game, or posting on the clan forums once a week to let us know you are alive and well. If you can not set aside at least this much time then clan gaming is not for you. The idea of a gaming clan is to have a group of people with common interests that can be friends and enjoy each others company. Not to mooch resources under the protection of a clan tag.
9. Any member of the 81st is subject to random screenshots or self taken videos whether made with the game itself, Punkbuster, or a third party program such as FRAPS. Any member refusing to submit screenshots or videos when asked by a superior is subject to reprimand up to expulsion.
10. Any applicant who cheats, hacks, exploits, or does anything else that would tarnish the 81st Elite Eagles will not be accepted.

About Our Clan
1. We do not charge dues to be a member of this clan. Players play for free to have fun. All that is expected of our members is to play fair and follow the rules of the clan. This eliminates people paying for their ranks and abusing others with them. Also, the worry of the server closing because someone refused to pay is nonexistent. Clan members can and are encouraged to donate for the servers, web site, team speak, and other possible items that the clan uses.
2. Our members are all mature players. Their ages range from 13 to 55 as of this writing.
3. We do not tolerate immaturity to a level where it will ruin our gaming experience or the clan itself. Goofing off and cutting up on Team Speak is encouraged.
4. We have men, women, and children in our ranks. They come from all walks of life such as military persons, retailers, accountants, IT professionals, or even fresh out of high school ready to take on life.
5. Our ranks are given out for a combination of tenure, time spent playing, contribution to the clan, and skill level. Ranks are not used outside of matches, scrimmages, and practices. Abuse of ranks is strictly prohibited and any person caught doing so will either be demoted are kicked out of the clan for the infraction.
6. Our clan is structured in a military fashion with the entire clan considered a battalion. Inside our clan we have currently 2 companies. The companies are further broken down into squads skipping the level of platoons. If more members are gained platoons will become an option in the future.
7. While the 81st does follow a military structure all major decisions are voted on by clan members with the majority winning. On rare occasions the final decision is handed out by the NCOs, Officers, and Generals. For extreme decisions the Generals vote with the GOA being the tie breaker if needed.
