The basic thing to do first when a server is shown as dead or cannot be added is to check your firewall (and/or router) settings. Please make sure that the appropriate ports are opened and portforwarded if necessary. If it just suddenly started to occur, you may want to look back at what changes you made to the server that may have caused this.

Hi, I've a strange problem with only one server, my favourite one!
Few days ago it disappeared from my UT3 server list inside the game, and the serch function doesn't find it no more. All the other servers are found regularly. I only can reach this server inserting directly the ip:port, or using the function "follow friends" who are inside that server playing the game. I can see them before entering tnx to GT of course. And when I enter the server and I add it to my fav. list (just to reach it easily), it is always refreshed as unreachable, with ping = 9999 and 0 players. But inside there are players, I know. Same result in history servers visited. I didn't modify anything in .ini files or in router settings. I can play in all other servers. Can anyone help me or had same strange problem, please? |
