Why is it that our ventrilo banner shows a lock more that it shows who is online?

It's become very annoying.

Do you think the lock should not be there? I'm not sure what makes the lock show, but is the server private or have special permissions? You can feel free to post a bug report in the bug report section if there is an issue.

The banner used to show who's online pretty much all the time, but more often lately, it shows a lock in the corner. Nothing has changed since we have had our ventrilo server and banner.

I can't tell if it's a ventrilo issue or gametracker banner issue.

I will see if I can find another banner/monitor and see if it also does the same.

I can't get any help on the ventrilo forum, because apparently my posts need to be approved before they appear, and no one there seems to bother approving the posts. Also, I sent them a message to get help, and to find out why my posts need approval, but no one replies.

It's your banners.
When I see the lock, I go to instantventrilo.com and view our vent server, and it appears fine. Then if I return to gametracker banner immediately after the lock goes away. I can refresh gametracker banner many times but never shows anything but the lock until I view the instantventrilo banner, and then looking at it there fixes the gametracker banner.

Can you move this entire thread to the bug reporting forum.

Also, how do you get instant email notification on replies?
Can't figure anything out since you changed the site.
Liked it better the way it was.

If it's an issue with the GT site, your best bet is to post in the Bug Reports forum as opposite to the game forums where the developers do not check.
