I like to know how I can take out that GameTracker.com <logo> and the title box with title at the top?

at the bottom of my ventrilo and maybe add 2 buttons like connect and download, I've seen some clans have it like that Don't know how the did it.

There is no option in the customization options to remove either of those. For the logo part, like with most any software, scripts, banners, etc... if you try to take out the credit lines, you won't get support with using it.

The second thing you mention would be easy. In the HTML code on your website just add the buttons below the banner image.
