Kippax,
When I first contacted you the clan was changing its email server. It had issues with the new server and decided to move to another new one. That is complete. However, I cannot seem to get your email from the old server. To get things moving I ask that you send it again to the same address. I should be able to pick it up on the new server. Let me know when you send it. Again, I apologize for the delay. Thank you for your cooperation,
Isaiah Prayer
Kippax,
I apologize for the delay in responding to your message of the 3rd. IAf has been upgrading some of the programs we use, including the email. That has caused a few problems accessing the jag account. Also, one of the admins who assist me has been sick the last few days. These issues created an unexpected delay. I will let you know when I have what you submitted and explain where we go from there. I do apologize for the delay, and wanted to let you know that we are not ignoring you and will provide further response when things are cleared up on our end. Regards, Isaiah Prayer
Thank you for your response. I’ve followed the instructions and sent the requested information to jag@iaf.world.
My initial email bounced back, so I sent it from an alternative account. I’d appreciate it if you could confirm that you’ve received everything needed, or let me know if there’s an alternative way you’d prefer the information to be sent.
Kippax,
This is Isaiah Prayer. I am the JAG for the IAF server. All ban appeals are referred to me for assessment. Please direct ALL future communications to me at: "jag@iaf.world.
Please follow these instructions: (1) go to the clan website at www.iaoff.world. (2) the first page of the website includes in the upper right quadrant a column of buttons. The third one says "JAG/Ban Appeals." Click it. (3) When the next page opens, click on the patch. (4) the next page includes the same Patch in the 2nd box, left column. Click it. (5) when the page opens there will be a white rectangle near the top. In the lower left corner it says "Ban Appeals." Click it. (6) The page that opens has a list of information items that we require responses to. Most of the information sought will is simple and will take little time to answer. Submit your responses directly to me (All your communications regarding this matter will be with me.)
While you are preparing your response I will be collecting information from the Admins who imposed the ban. When I have everything I will recommend to the owners an appropriate determination on the appeal.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Red Maggot,
This Isaiah Prayer again. I spoke with one of the owners yesterday. Your post is dated January 11, although clicking on marckk1000 provides info suggesting the ban was Jan. 9. The owner reviewed server records for both days and found NO record of a ban being imposed on you.
Once again, please attempt to join the server and let me know if you get any kind of message from the server in response. Unless you take this step and let us know what happens, we will consider the matter resolved.
Hi Maggot. Thie is Isaiah Prayer. I am the JAG for IAF. Normally, we receive ban appeals at the IAF World website. I discovered your post today and alerted the owners. We apologize for the delay in our response. I will help you prepare your appeal if you decide you want to pursue one.
The owners did not receive notice of a ban being issued to you, and they are looking into that. It is possible a kick was issued, as opposed to a ban. If so, it should have expired and you should be able to sign on the server by now. If you can't then it likely was a ban.
Assuming a ban issued, here is what you need to do.
1. Go to the IAF Website: iaoffam.world
2. When the page opens, you will notice a column of buttons in the upper left quadrant. The second button says "Ban Appeals" = click it. You will see a shoulder patch with a squirrel on it. Click that and follow prompts. You will come to a page that has posts on it. The first one is from me and when you open it you will find seven questions/ info requests. You can respond with a post there, or you may contact me directly. For now, write me at chysabres@aol.com. Once we hook up I will provide another email address. We try to resolve appeals quickly, but we do invite you to submit anything you want us to consider. We may have additional questions for you. I will be your contact at the clan as we work through the appeal. Please let me know if you decide not to pursue an appeal.
Please provide an email address where you would like us to direct communications.
Again, IAF apologizes for the unintentional delay in addressing your appeal.
If you encounter any difficulties with the website, please write me at the AOL address above and describe the problem. We will work with yo to solve it.
I just got banned from the IAF playground server and I have no idea why.
Can someone explain to me? It's one of the few server that is left on Cod 2 and I would like to play.
