There is a big problem with a new player using cheats. If oyu can manage to take the time to look at the server his handle is valik or ..... He needs to be banned. Take the time and look or give admin to someone who will.

Sorry to bother you but both ALON and Chocolate are back on the server using there aimbots. I have b een on at 400pmest 24 oct 22 check th elog. Maybe new ip's can you reban them... thanks

I don't know what to tell you I've experienced it reg over the last few months with the same ping. Ive seen it used by Fart dude quite a few times in the evening late when he plays and no one else is around. It like i said makes game play like your playing in quick sand and Ive seen it on PAR and WURST as well and is player driven. IDK if it happens like a dns attack which would reflect in the ping or if its something that is corrupted in the cfg file as i have noted before you can change your snaps/rate etc without any affect on this server...hook speed and rate of fire with rail are dramatically affected...
next time im on ill capture it on video or get the time stamp for the log file. It should be easy to find as in normal game play i can regularly hit 2 min on the the first map now can barely make 6 min without any players maybe ive gotten a corrupt cfg idk...i can get on but havent as of late...

Reloader. I have hosted the majority of 1.16 servers over the past 15 years. I have never seen, heard, read or found out about an exploit that slows other players down, so I find it a bit hard to believe. But I am happy to look into it for a bit with some more info. I am aware of a bug that can make yourself lag and warp. But you mean the opponent gets stuck right? I can assure you it's not some server command as it doesn't exist. With admin you can "slow down(/timescale with cheats enabled)" the server/all players, but it would be slow for every client. So I have a hard time believing this to be honest. But if you have proof, or nicks or a lead, I can check it out for a bit.
And yes, chocolate doesn't have referee (as far as I know) and can't check ip's. I can. I assume you can enter the server again? I hope so. :)
I don't know ciao. Crazy Quake has a lot of "crazy settings" but only on weapons, none of the settings should change the default vq3 physics.
Feel free to share more info about jerks. So I can see what I can do. I am not here to stay very long, Q3 is longggg behind me to be honest.

One other thing I would like to point out to you and it involves game play. I have seen some players who have the ability to slow the game down (seriously) bring play to almost a standstill while they have free rain. I will write the names of the people who do this and other violations. I bring this up because there use to exist a server end command that allowed you to do it. I also invited and old time quaker (ciao) to check it out and he agrees that something is amiss. I admin on other servers in the past and I'm unsure what it is but when I play its like I'm in quicksand rather than the smooth crisp normal game play. I've seen it from mostly Russian and Polish players but haven't researched fully. I haven't seen it on USA servers and I play 116 and other mods 132 etc. I have seen BonBon/Chocolate run an IP lookup but she says she`s not admin. I know you cant do that without ref or admin. I haven't played again but when I do I will be more diligent in reporting. Name times for the log. Reloader out.

Reloader, To be honest I haven't checked on this server since I quit hosting it over a year ago (but I still have access to it). I checked in one day and someone tried to kill it using your handle. I went trough the log files after your msg and saw indeed a lot of unacceptable language.
To be honest, there aren't really refs or admins on this server right now. As far as I and the logs can tell, only me and the current host/admin has admin status and both of us aren't watching at all. When I quit hosting he took q3pwnz over from me because it was a large part of the 1.16 community. He didn't want it to die but he also has a full time job and a life.
Who were the players that claimed they are admin/ref if I may ask? Because if that's true, it is quite worrisome.
I will talk with the current host about assigning some referees. Thank you for volunteering.

Im glad you are getting things straightened out but the problems I saw have been going on for a long time (months back). Way to many people have ref or admin control on this server. In addition far to many people are allowed to be improper to other players while the admins watch and nothing is done abusive language etc copying profiles names and abusing other players and its allowed and encouraged.
