Killed a teammate who was standing right beside csat units. permabanned. id like to appeal but idk where

I got Banned after playing on this server for almost 2 years because I blew up an MHQ by accident. Given that worse things have happened and that it was an accident after a clean record is a bit much. This is literally the only server I play, can I please be unbanned?
