Hey guys i know that i'm the FNG (its only been a week since i was recruited) but i just wanted to share my opinion with you, because i've seen a lot of members leave YAH (including new guys) and i must say that i was worried about the future of the clan (even though im new in the clan i've been playing in the server for quite a time, and i wanted to join YAH since i saw guys like beastmode or trigga playing)
i agree that there must be some rules for recruiting new members (like a certain amount of hours playing and to be respectfull to other players) and nade-swithchers must be hanged from their toes and left to rot under the egyptian sun (just like trigga said)
Also i would like to ask about what trigga said, we have nade switchers?

Respectfully Sierra

Bottom line, NOTHING can be accomplished without proper authority. Which just so happens to administration rights.

Another idea of mine is to hold members to higher standards while playing. For example, no lmg spray and pray, no marty, last stand, tube etc. I know this will anger some *cough*badbones*cough* lol, but think about it, who's going to take a clan seriously when everyone is doing what is considered to be "noob" like. Just a thought..

I think every member of a clan should be involved in some way, mainly in scrimmages or monitoring the server etc.

yo implicit i respect that idea but the server is called hardcore which means anything goes. a lot of people play this server for that very reason, i don't see what authority that would create?

the only authority we need is several good admins.

Haha Implicit... so you want me gone then eh? I don't "spray & pray" with my LMG - I snipe with it LOL, I've started using tube too and on a small map use marty... it's all about the kills man!

I don't consider any perk or even glitching noob, because anyone can use it and thus it is fair play... I do go to some servers with these "rules" and sometimes they just suck! Maybe we should have the "other" server setup for these rules, it is almost always empty so it can be used, or setup in such a way.

You should remember, the "Hardcore" server is one of the most pouplar international servers, probably because anything "legal" is allowed. I would much rather play where I'm free to choose my type of gamestyle with 30+ players, than to play on one of the "rule dictated" servers with 15 players on it.

That's my feeling... sorry mate

Alright so basically I think YAH should be structured and organized. YAH currently lacks leadership, structure, and organization. For starters, we NEED A admin. Not just a couple either we need more then 3 or 5. Having admin would allow us to maintain control of the server incase somthing happens. Secondly, we need an OFFICIAL roster. My idea is to cut anyone who doesn't regularly play because we have too many people.

Recently, almost all of the original members have left and joined other clans. All the people I played with regularly are gone due to the reason mentioned above.

The whole recruiting thing has really gotten out of hand, I take a two month break and come back and there are TONS of new people who are very poor players and got recruited simply because they had one good game. This is ruining YAH more than it already is.

we really need more admins so we can take more control of the server and no 3-5 we need more then that. And we need to get rid of the people who dont play in the (YAH)server no more.

as trigga said he only wants decent human beings in the clan no ELMOS or HUNGREDBALLS this way it would be easier to determine this and as well play as a real clan as typing is a frustration some time.

i agree with nathan nothing can be done with out any admins

|just give u some thoughts haha|

So we all agree, we need admins. Question is when are we gonna have them, and who will be?
By the way trigga, im glad that we dont have any nadeswitchers, that saves us a long trip to Egypt =P

I'm working with RedRum to get his permission to allow others to use the admin on the servers. We do have two servers now and I am working with him to get new ones set up for ModernWarefare2 (COD6) coming out in November.

Once MW2 comes out in Nov, I don't see myself playing COD4 much anymore - what about anyone else???

If everyone else is going to make the move to MW2, I suggest we prepare the clan for November and for the new servers and new game. If people want to stay in COD4, then I would suggest I pass over admin rights on gametracker to someone else (my first thought is Trigga) and you guys can organize however you want because me and Evilanimato will be spending all our time on MW2.

Let me know your thoughts. I may be the founder of this clan, but I am not the most active member and have no problem handing it over to better hands. When we started this whole YAH thing 2 years ago, I never would have expected it to grow in popularity this much (server has been ranked as high as 36 in the world) and grow across so many countries.

I look forward to your feedback and hope that most of you will be joining Evilanimato and I on the move to MW2 in November.

MayDay
