Ok so if I get a old destop like the 1 from newegg that impos linked what would be the best graphics card to put in that ?

I'm thinking....yes ? PCI-E x16 2.0 is backwards compatible, I know.
I would watch newegg.com closely because they have daily deals and constantly have other deals and swoop when you can save big $$$ I would also watch ebay auctions. Put computers you're interested in on your account's "watch list". See how much the go for, and how much it varies. I found that auctions ending on certain days and times (late at night, certain weekdays) would sell for significantly less.
