OK guys Shultz has a plan. He will post in the A.M about it. It involves a chance for promos. From this point on promos will be based on these scrims that Shultz is planning. Demotions for non-participants will be down the road so stay tuned this is gonna be gooooood!

Promos are always reviewed. Nuisance was demoted to Sgt major 2 weeks ago. Then his participation went up so I promoted him back to 2nd lieut.. From there he started stepping up so I made him 1st lieut. We do love the feedback and as always we will be monitoring closely. Charlies little dig was cheap but other than that thanks guys. As always EVERYONE is monitored closely and promoed when appropriate.

A few clan members are very close and very worthy of promotions. Therefor, I have devised a plan to give said clan members the opportunity to fast track their promotion and also have some fun in the process.

Specifically, we are going to have an “in clan” scrim this Sunday. We will tally the results of the scrim, using Wiggsy's point system, and award one or more promotions to the above mentioned “worthy ones”.

To be clear, this does not mean that if you simply play well you will automatically be promoted. This scrim competition is designed to reward the members who have demonstrates commitment to the clan and have shown steady improvement as of late. As I initially stated the scrim is designed for the members who are currently close to being promoted. (I think you know who you are).

Participation of high ranking clam members will be essential in this endeavor, as we plan on weighing how well some do in comparison to our skills and the outcome of the scrim matches. Therefor, I encourage all high ranking and high skilled members of the clan to participate.

We plan on kicking off the scrim at 1:30 p.m. eastern time. We are asking all who are interested in participating in this scrim to log on to our server prior to the start time in order to reserve your slot. This will be a first come first serve basis, so be sure to come early and reserve your slot. Five minutes prior to the scrim start time we will announce the pass word to the server. Soooooo only the members who are in the server at that time will know the password. If you are not there to get the password at this time you will be out of luck and locked out of the server.

At the scheduled start time, Wiggsy and I will divide the teams and announce the game types.

The number of participants and amount of fun we are having will determine how long this challenge will run. We however understand that others will want to join the server as the day progresses so we will keep everybody in mind and reopen the server after a few good rounds of game play.
