Yup it is possible.
On this website you can create a script for any poll you like, and insert it here. People will be able to vote, just by clicking on the option they like. And everyone can vote only once.

The message above states that the idea has already been approved of, and a poll can never hurt. So just go ahead and start one. I'm curious to learn what people like to see as a special. It is not yet possible to put in custom maps as downloading is not supported to the max, so you should stick to the standard COD maps I think.
