Look martin, if people don't answer it's because they don't want in or because they can't make it to the set date. you can't force people to play.

I most likely can't make it, if you REALLY want a response that bad. I have a VERY important school year coming up that may change the way I will live in the future.

I just wanted a easly answer i cant so i know your not ignoring me -_-. But now i got to know i cant either xD. But we have to play some ranked game from time to time

Just play random ranked games instead of normals, the 5v5 teams will not affect your personal elo, if you lose a lot just remake the team and try again.

+1, but if we just get on and like 5 of the players of the team are on, i would rather play a normal game and warm up then play a ranked game and lose the game for our team. also if we are with 6 it's hard to drop someone off. i can't make that decision for the clan since i am not the best league of legends player. i would feel guilty to drop someone off.

I understand you para. But if we play a warm up game then someone will leave after and we will never play. As Johnny sad it dont effect your personal elo so why not? We arent even ranked yet so why not give it a try?
