Stardate 511.10/23A this is Captain Tik of the USS Enterprise Vienna. It's Friday, lunch time, close to the end of the year and the crew are all out right now. The ship is dead quiet - only the sound of the coffee machine boiler as it cycles on and off, on and off, on and off. I think I might buggar off early this afternoon - pretend I have a meeting with the Crusty Klingons. Worked last time, but I suspect the crew are increasingly suspicious of my late Friday meetings. There were raised eyebrows last month when I said I was invited to speak at the Jedi Lightsaber Manufacturers Union. I'll have to be more creative. What to do? What to do? ....
