Looks like a temp-ban for TeamKills. In HardCore the 4th TK gets you a 5 minute temp ban, nobody is excluded, it applies to everyone.

Nope

So i've been on for a bit now and am noticing console isn't kicking people with second chance.

I went further and added the second chance perk to my class for a bit, and I still didn't get kicked. I may be wrong, but I think there is something wrong with console that way, people aren't getting kicked with second chance, or even warned.

I think that is cause the console is slow but when people are not getting kicked i always try and tell them eventually u get through to them.

If so then it is really, really slow haha.

I got banned from ebk's hc server a few days ago because i used the word CAMPERS... I remembered that this actually already happened to me long ago for the same reason...
