If you can join another server but not holiday server then it must be that tebas accidently added ur ip to his banlist,block ur ip in his firewall or maybe that ur pc have some prob or a virus that effects ur css only.

My decision that u change your ip or format ur pc.if u wanted this, don't risk to fix this prob or u might broke ur pc.

format maybe take long time but i thing it good solution

L2M, scan your pc, check for viruses or malwares.
your ip is blocked in my firewall coz something strange, flood packages more than usually.

OMG i got banned coz of my ID WTF????!?!?!?!

COZ OF THAT I CAN'T connect

and try to delete any css skin and maybe tebas right u need to scan before u have run times error c++ like my swat 4 and world of warcraft game and never can run on my cpu even doing clean format (ps..run times error is VIRUS that u really need to fix )

DID IP CHANGE
DID SYSTEM RESTORE
DID REINSTALL CSS 4 TIMES
DID DELETE SKINS
DID SCANED MY PC
DID MAKE TOPIC ABOUT THIS
And they all give no progress......

WWOOOOOOOOOOOHO FINALLY CAN JOIN THE PROBLEM WAS THAT STEAM BLOCKED VAC SERVER CONNECTION BETWEEN ME AND SERVERS.THANKS FOR ALL UR HELP
