What kind of graphics card? I recently built a pc for $650 and it's been running real smooth

Its a gtx 1060, halo runs fine but i cant get it to run above 60hz in the settings so its basically unplayable for me.

Been playing a lot of the old school games lately. Tried Morrowind but I dunno what the hell I'm doing lol. Baldurs gate is a fantastic RPG, like a '90s mass effect game. Oblivion is okay but rather bland to me. Rollercoaster Tycoon brings back memories. Command and conquer is cool.

Anyone know of any other good old games with depth?
