Ok guys, i was talking with Todiefor and some dudes and we think that to do this more fair the best way is ramdomize teams... so thats the way to do it (i think that we can do something great here):

All people interested in play a VS tournament must say it to me, in irc chanel, pm or how you want... there are some people that dont check the clan forum usually, so if you know them, please tell about this...

I will be the one who randomize teams coz my hand is the most inocent here (sure you have dirty hands pervs xD) I will do it like i want if nobody give me some idea about how to do it...

I will give you more info if you are agree with this points... if you arent agree PLEASE write here your ideas about how to do it...
