I am not telling that Sever does not deserve to be in the Council but I didnt hear about him since he was banned from Beatdown Alley IV, so I asked 4lex to become part of the Council and he said yes.

So we start. I sent to you the CLAN RULES AND GUIDELINES, AND SERVER RULES PROJECT to review it and apply to the clan. Also, I sent a Combat Techniques guide to approve and share with all the clan.

I vote to approve the Clan Rules and Guidelines, Server Rules Project, and Combat Techniques Guide. I have read all three (and assisted in editing them) and I believe them to be the best for our clan.

Sorry for the lateness, but I agree with the rules you guys have created. I would like to add to combat techniques to keep a cool head. This game can be very frustrating when things do not go according to plan, but remember that the best way to get better results is to stay calm and explain what needs to be done by fellow clan members. Try to refrain from yelling or getting frustrated towards other members, as this will just increase poor performance. A cool, collected team that plays well together can beat teams who have higher skilled players. I feel whoever is team leader for matches should make a note of this and use it in match play.
