=O Thx sweety, And you know what could help for having better night, relaxation or yogga, 10 or 15 minutes before going to sleep, to clear your mind of any bad taugh. My brother had terrible nightmare when he was youger, he was sleep walking and even running out of the house screeming (one time he even jump out the window of the second floor). But since he learn some new relaxation technics, no more crasy nightmare, it really helps him.

when cant sleep i do a yoga exercise, relax my muscles until dont feel my body and start traveling whit the mind... sometimes fall alep doing it.

Until now didnt make anithing wrong, just awake sleping to go to wc, pick more water to my sport botle, answer fhone calls (and also text messages, very weird but true), the shakes they told i give maybe can be caused by the intensivity of my dreams, basicly i live them, can feel, taste, smell the things most times.

Last days my dreams are good, dream im a bird flying or mermaid inside water... very calm and happy. sometimes im attacked by other animals but is normal, also in real life is some envy people trying to attack but can live very okay about it.

The only fear i have is hurt who sleep at my side...
Since babys me and the player "Skeleton" sleep together and are best friends, last year i was having bad dream and spanked him in the eye, awaked imediatly to check him, but he was sleping like a stone and didnt felt anithing, this time xD, ufff....(people say: are u not old enough to stop doind it? but we dont care, i believe one day he will marry and instead of pass the honey moon whit is wife.. will come to me for us famous nights watching terror movies or joking whit jerking people on chat roullete. hehehe)


U already help so much franky, make me very happy and give me many many positive emotions , u have a big space in my heart, just wish could really touch and look at your eyes, last times everytime i can control my dreams i go runing and open the franky door (if u feel raped one day will know why! hihi)
