Ok, all the admin commands (to the best of my knowledge) are as follows...
!admin-[b\]contains voteing commands in addition to kick/ban. I think this works even if an override admin is present.
@menu-[b\]the bulk of the commands. Contains ban/kick/beacon/fart/gag/teleport/change team/ and a whole lot of useful stuff. When an override admin is present, you can only initiate votes.
@melee on[b\] This enables Melee mode. To deactivate, type @melee off

im pretty sure !admin is off if an override admin is on

idk when it still worked for me when an override admin was here, cuz i had to kick somebody

override admin only disables @menu... !admin will still work... most of the really abused stuff is in @menu...
