1) I can definently accept that someone is better than me. Johnny is a better scout than me, Mystic is a better soldier than me, Mystic is a better pyro than me, smash is a better demoman than me, DPK&Mystic are better heavies than me, Yuen is a better engy than me, (your butt buddy) is probably a better medic than me, Aaron is a better sniper than me, and Cheesesteak is a better spy than me. I can accept that these people are better than me, and I don't think of them as hacking. That's not me.

i take pitty on those who get banned for being ACCUSED of hacking because before in tia i have been suspected of hacking many times.i don't rly think he was,and he does make a good point.if u rly weren't hacking,im sry that the members of my clan banned u.

i watched the demo... looked suspicious to me... possible that the issue was a lag thing... you got to admit that it the footage smacks of aimbot from the perspective of people who do not know u...

understand that we have an absolutely no hacking policy and my admins are instructed to punish swiftly and severly, those who are innocent will usually complain here, and receive a fair trial... lol...

alright... i have reviewed the footage and researched u id... in the footage it looks very much like u cheating... however it is obvious from u rep at clan viper's site (and u steam id checking out clean) that u do not make a habbit of cheating... clan viper has very competent admin staff and no one could accumulate over 300000 point there without being caught if they were cheating.

i respect clan viper a lot and do play on their server from time to time, so i speak with some experience in this matter.

i am not sure if u werte cheating or not, but i think probly not... i removed u ban, but if u were using our server as a place to try out a new hack... DON'T

we do not tolerate such foolishness.

I would like to thank everyone for following protocol... this is how this is supposed to work... 24 hours for cool down and footage review... then a verdict that is fair and well thought out.

Albo, this does not mean i don't believe u... i just need more evidence... if he a hacker he will try again.. if he does.. we ban again... circle of life!! lol

i consider this matter closed... unless further activity prompts me to revisit it...

well i heard word from smash (ms yuen was on my team on l4d) i asked some ppl to check it out and no admin could at the time so i asked harris who was online to kick him/ ban him until we got this straigtened out

IF you were/arent hacking i take full responsibility i have yet to see the demo but many ppl think it was suspicous

although i do get accused of hacking sometimes and i now how annoying it is to get kicked/banned (sure aaron knows this 2) tho i only have 120 hours as sniper

also ithink we shud add mini rules because many ppl try to spawn camp and say you guys only have one rule and those ppl piss me off so if they do it 2 X i usually kick them

Turns out i wont be watching demo bcause i aint downloading it just got many viruses off my comp and dont wanna risk more.
