No, your wrong. I wrote that comment because what I wanted to type didn't really fit in with my first reply. So I wrote something that I knew would lead you on to reply something which will then give me an opportunity to say what I left out.

well....i have talke with digan about this for a while! and have smoked about this for a while! i must say.....the bottom line here is RULES WERE BROKEN...not to mention trust was lost....No Captain is above the rules!!!!right? altho i have no personal issue with Digan (present situation excepted) ..we cannot allow a pardon in this case.....if exceptions r made...peeps will think its ok to cheat here...even when caught u can still come back!...i am very sorry to lose digan in this way..and think on this sadly... that is all i have to say..(lights pipe and passes to council)

First, please understand that I am not taking anyone's side here, and I do not think anyone is above the rules.
This is what I think:

Scenario 1:
A player is cheating.
DPK gathers evidence and it is obvious that the person is cheating.
DPK talks to the cheater, cheater denies cheating.
DPK bans, player does not deserve a second chance.

Scenario 2:
A player is cheating.
DPK gathers devidence and it is obvious that the person is cheating.
DPK talks to the cheater, cheater tells the truth and accepts consequences.
DPK bans, player deserves a second chance.

In this case, Digan made a sincere public apology. In my opinion, he deserves a second chance; it's not like he committed murder.
Digan was mature when DPK accused him. I think it's best if we let Digan continue to play on TIA (without admin powers at first) and let him earn everyone's trust back over time.

It's really not a disaster, you guys. Digan, I hope for your sake you don't cheat or play unfairly again. It's really disrespectful to everybody else. This is a game, just have fun.

@Everyone: But yall really don't have to keep debating on whether I should be allowed be into the clan, under new circumstances, or not allowed back at all.

DPK and I talked about this and I told him that I, personally, have no plan to rejoin the clan anytime in the near future. TF2 bores me alot now (a factor that led me to use the wallhack for destructive purposes)

So, if the general concensus is to let me back in, I won't be joining.

albo / digan stop this fighting shit its getting old. i say we have a time for about 2 weeks or so then allow him to have the tia-nub tag wait a few months and allow him to have full tia and maybe maybe have admin back ... however never captian. that might be harsh/soft to ur opinions tho this is my opinion. i knew digan was hacking especially when i faced him on sniper however i didnt raise shit to him of the forefront i had no prove. he did noclip/ godmode himself in games. he HAS killed me whilst having godmode but im not standing up for albo just stating and to be honest i couldnt care fucking less. he also apologized for kinlling me w godmode however im sorry to say tho u were a great captian who was always there, i dont buy this bullshit "i was using hacks to find hacks" excuse.

once again my opinion i think there shud be a meeting on this
