Yea, your #5 hop is going to Kansas, as is #6.

#7 is my problem hop, as is yours. It's timing out in on an nlayer.net router in Chicago, on its way back to the East Coast, where we started...

TWC stated the issue should be resolved in a couple days...That SHOULD take care of both of us as we're both getting redirected to Kansas...Hopefully, all will be well by Sunday...I'm doing a random trace each day to see if/when the change takes place...We'll both know once our #5 hop no longer goes to the IP 66.109.6.* as that is the router in Kansas...
