Not sure.
First it same Name#3 kick or something like that.
Then it said permanent PB ban.

There is no chance that this is hacking/cheating related as I have never in any game, including many years of CS 1.3 to CS:S

Based on other reading, maybe this is because I had a couple of high KDR maps on your server? That would be kind of weak...
