I just relized its doing it to our BF3 server to its not showing anyone online just 0/24

For your BF2 server, please scan it using HLSW to see that it is not scanning properly.

Yea I get nothing back what does this mean? I talked to the host provider and they say its nothing on there side nothing has been changed or done to the server or on the box its on. It shows up fine using The bf2 server search and also at game-monitor just fine.
