I'm guessing you are not entering the correct information. Contact your server provider if you do not know / they did not provide you with either a IP, join port, or query port.

I'm trying to add my BF4 server, but I only have the IP Multiplay gave me I cannot find The query port: Also not done this in a while and not sure if you still need to change server name. My Ip and port are below thanks for any help you can give.

You only need to temporarily change the server name when you try to claim the server, for which the server must be added first.

If not, you'll need to contact your provider and ask what the query port should be, then reply back here with that port number for me to adjust.

It's my IP and Port but don't look like mine different map running. My server is or should be named [Blackhand] BF4 32 Man Hard Core

Hi, I just noticed my problem is still not completely fixed.
The above link should go to my server, but in fact it's still the wrong one.

My server is now present on:
http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.204.131.78:25500/

That port is not correct (should be 25530), although the query port is.

So, I wanted to delete my server. But I cannot remove it.
"Cannot delete servers with this source type."

Can you please remove the servers under the links:

So I can re-add my server again?

I have updated the query ports for the servers, as whomever added them did so incorrectly. Let me know if you need anything else.

There is currently no feature to unclaim a server. However, the re-claim process is no different than the original claim process so if the new owner comes by they will not experience any trouble with it.

My server change IP-adress. Im delete it (not found how change adress), added new one - 82.96.119.215 (qry prt - 27290, jn - 25350) - and yours tracker NOT add! How?! How do this... Im not stupid. My host - Fragnet.net.
