OK I got over a lot of my issues but a major problem is preventing me playing the vehicles server Verindra Libya

I have INVALID file - user_mp_bjusters_taunts.iwd

I have searched (with hidden files showing) but cannot find the file
I have downloaded the file but still get the error message

Any suggestions would be gratefully received

Hi Cornholio! Try to do this in order to solve that issue. Go to ur game's main folder and remove all the unnecessary mod and map files that you are no longer using. Just move them to some other location, only leave couple of maps, for Vehicles-Verindra server u only need the Libya map which is w1.iwd

You can also remove other mod folders inside your Call of Duty 2 folder if you like, but thats not necessary. Also make sure that you have the same equivalent files located in your VehiclesMod folder as the server's mod files shared on our ftp site: ftp://176.9.154.48/

basically u only need to have one file in your VehiclesMod folder:

client.iwd

Now try to connect to the server to see if the upper steps have resolved this your problem. Best regards, Freedom_fighter

Hi I.D.F! Those are very nice screenshots that you have posted on picturepush. i can clearly see how much fun you guys can have by playing on this server. i used to be playing on an older version of our vehiclesmod server but later i got tired of the fact that there would always only be a few of us playing against one another and that quickly got boring. But i must admit, this type of cod2 game play is so much diferent and more interesting and if we had a faster download speed for new players to grab this mod in no time i believe there would be more of us. We could realistically expect a full server of players. This is just another great motivational force thats driving us to solve this slow download speed problem. Have fun guys!
