Block IPs in your firewall. (Ex, iptables, if you use linux-based dedicated server)

in router i have firewall only :/ but i dont know how to block ips in router

Many (most?) home class routers will not have the facility to block individual IP addresses.
MS Windows built in firewall is also useless for this purpose.

There are quite a few free or cheap solutions, but read carefully.
You are simply looking to block specific IP addresses, not add more layers of virus/malware protection (unless you need it).

I used 'Tiny Personal Firewall' for years quite successfully.
I suggest searching for this and downloading from a safe, secure site.

Yes.

i download it but it starts make my pc difficult.. is hard to use this :/

Dedicated servers are much easier to manage in this regard.

If you have not used a firewall before, it often takes a few days to understand and configure.
