Hi, I HAVE CREATED A CS 1.6 SERVER AND I CANT JOIN MY OWN SERVER USING THE GAMETRACKER IP THAT IS 117.203.146.20:27015 WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.DO ANYBODY KNOW ? TY.....

lol you don't join because, if You want to join ur own server. Just use the IP following steps:
GOTO RUN>CMD>IPCONFIG>192.168.1.x
X means that the number you has of your IP.
So Copy the IP and a PORT etc 27015
join it with that. your friend would join with your external IP Like you gived :117.203.146.20:27015

Download complete, and i was createdserver, but after add my own ip on my CS 1.6, it wont appear -_-, and what is "Rcon" password ?rcon password means while opening a sv u have any pass tht password is known as rcon password
