Make sure you change the game to cs1.6 then put in just your ip xxx.xx.xxx.xx do not include the xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:27015 part, the numbers after the : are the port so youd add xxx.xx.xxx.xxx as the domain and 27015 as the port.
