i want your help, i've putted the semicolon(;) before misctats.amxx as you said. But now i am facing another problem that is the some feathers that are related to miscstats.amxx are now stop working like "firstblood" sound last man announcement etc.
so, i want somthing that slove the problem of twice message showing and all the feathers will work properly.

The semi-colon is not going to bring any problems because it is just off swtich of plugins. When you put it behind a plugin then the server won't load that plugin, and it will be as if you have not installed that plugin.

As you have said that after disabling the misctats.amxx plugin the messages come only once so it means that you have another plugin installed which is also making the messages.
Here is what you do, remove the semi-colon from misctats.amxx and then one by one put a semi-colon on another plugin and then test the server.

For example put semi-colon on a plugin named A-Plugin test it, if the messages still come twice then it means that this was not the plugin, remove the semi-colon from this one A-Plugin and then put it on another one like B-Plugin. Like this test all your plugins but remember to remove the semi-colon from the ones which are not the problem.
