go to www.whatismyip.com and look fr ur ip... then copy paste that and put it in the box... not ur local ip which looks like[192.168.x.x]

You should only change it to Argentina or a location close to it if your server is physically hosted there.
Just to make you aware - if you change the flag listed on GT, it doesn't actually change the physical location of the server.
