ok i think they might have blocked the range subnet , you can message them on forums that please unblock or whitelist your IP on their firewall rules and add as exception.

they might have blocked due to some ddos or flood as the reason you also got blocked due to this i have a feeling this has happened.

your best way to get rid of this connection issue is message them on forums and request for unblock your IP range.

I can't connect to most the servers whose IP starts with 213.238 or 95. In the past, I can connect without any problem. This is happening first time. The servers which start from 213.238 use csduragi host.

If they have banned my IP range, then I should be able to connect to any remaining servers except 213.238.173.68:27015, but I cant connect to either of them.

I Think They Have Blocked Any Requests Coming From India.

So you are not able to connect too. But if they have blocked from india then why I can't connect any one server even. All are not responding. Csduragi has its problems everytime.

i also did tracert and nothing comes after the 10th ip.
i think after that ip there is a firewall or something

yeah same for me too. all servers from turkey are responding but only the servers starting from 213 or 95 aren't responding.

and
unknown, The Hosting Company Of Servers Starting From 95.

Both Are In Turkey.(or, idk where csduragi is )

AND i Think The Servers Starting With 95 Are Also Managed By CsDuragi (i think) Because They Have 1 COMMON THING!

Positive Evidence 1:

CsDuragi: 213:238.173.xx
unknown: 95.173.173.xx
Both Having The Same Number In The Third Part (173).

Negative Evidence 1:

But In CsDuragi website, In Their Server List, No Server Starts From 95.




So Right Now Im Not Sure What The problem Really is, Or Who Is The Provider Of The Servers Starting From 95.

FYI, csduragi is turkey. It provides exclusive server hosting service to only turkey servers. Just like the Indungi servers are only for Romania.
