A few points:

1. You don't need to take off branding. It just needs to contain the text.

2. I'm sorry you are not versed in changing a server name. I would recommend contacting your host for help with that.

3. If the query port was wrong, there is no reason to get all fussed up over it. You could feel free to post what the correct one is and I could adjust it.

Very few GameTracker users find the claiming process difficult, but feel free to let us know if there is anything you find confusing by PM. I couldn't gather anything from your post other than you didn't know how to change the server name at first.
