Can u play the computer? I'm thinking you router or firewall is blocking it what operating system are you running?

Windows 7 and avast. I try to launch the game as administrator, but not change.

Yes i can play with the game whithout web or connection.

Ok then I would look at your firwall and give it a exclution so the game can connect to the internet. I would think its your anti virus blocking the connection.
