Usually Fraps, it has better quality, but only makes 4GB chunks that you have to glue together afterwards (I'm too lazy to do that :D ) Here I tested Bandicam, it leaves a watermark over your video and it feels like it has a bigger fps drop, but on the other hand it makes significantly smaller video files.
There's plenty of people who play the recording of the match and make video only of the good moments.. I'm not much into that, I just record my screen as it is, so people can see my gameplay in it's raw form with all the mistakes and the lame moments too :D
