Yes, I joked about this just a year or so ago.

Bankers, car manufacturers and drug companies had a secret meeting about 10 years ago where they discussed how they were losing money and doing badly and contemplated on how they could get things better.

Firstly they brought electric cars into the market.
Secondly they implemented certain virus and produced a "vaccine" to it.
Then the virus broke economies and voilá, bankers could raise their interest rates.

What I did joke too was, that only industry that was left out was weapon industry, which wasn't doing so good. Well, look at it now... *sigh*
