I got banned because I was supposed to download a scanning tool—which I did—but you aren't allowed to leave the server while downloading it. When I tried to connect again, I found I was banned. That's a shame.

I have been banned from server just I guess because of name and I am new to this gaming counter strike game ,I have used the same name in other servers but did not got ban because of it

I have changed the name and rename it to some sober one .

Please unban me ,I was ignorant of it and I may not use the name again may be .

i have attached my console as i am new to the online game i find hard to follow the instructions as my ban was only 10 minutes but i disconnected and change the name but it didnt work out
